Members of the club have full access to Group
Training Classes, offered throughout the day to accommodate busy schedules. Regular participation in group training ensures exercise variety and accountability to your fitness goals. We also hold regular orientation sessions each week to help new members feel comfortable when they come in to workout, Circuit of the Month Workshops to help you change up your program to maximize results in the gym, Weight Loss and Nutrition meetings and incentive programs to help you stay on track.
