POWER HOUR / 12 MONTHS / 1 HOUR PER MONTH
Graduates of No More Excuses! often transition to once monthly
training sessions. Your personal trainer tracks your 30 day
progress, introduces you to new exercises to keep you challenged,
and updates
your conditioning goals. Includes unlimited health club access.
XPRESS TRAINING / 6 WEEKS TO 12 MONTHS / 2 OR 3 SESSIONS PER
WEEK
For those interested in ongoing training or for No More Excuses!
graduates who want to continue weekly training, this program
offers weekly sessions with a personal trainer, leading to
higher energy
levels, a greater sense of fitness and esteem, and prevention
of fitness plateaus.
PARTNER TRAINING / 6 OR 12 WEEKS / 2 OR 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK
Reap all the benefits of personal training, but share the
experience (and the cost) with a friend. Includes pre-
and post- fitness
assessments and weekly health challenges.
Note: Enrollment in a training package purchases a set
number of sessions. All training packages include unlimited
access
to the
club.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING / 6 weeks or 12 weeks
2 or 3 sessions per week
Add motivation and accountability to
your training program by either joining one of Personally Fit's
Small Groups or creating a Small Group of your own. Call
Personally Fit to discuss options and fees as Small Group Training
is customized to the group and type of workout requested.
