When you're serious about changing the way you look and feel, you need a health club as dedicated to your success as you are. Exclusively for women, Personally Fit trainers primarily focus on one-on-one training, helping women reach their goals and renew their confidence.


The recommended starting point for new members is the 12-week No More Excuses personal training program.  No More Excuses includes your choice of two or three (30-minute) personal training sessions per week, pre- and post- fitness check-ups and weekly health challenges.  It is designed to help you realize results and gain the tools needed to keep you motivated to make fitness a part of your life.
